Last updated: July 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and vid.money, Inc. (“vid.money”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using our platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using vid.money on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. Accounts
Registration
To use vid.money you must register for an account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You may not create an account using another person's identity or information.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@vid.money. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use vid.money. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. License to Use the Platform
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vid.money platform solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer the platform or any part of it to a third party without our written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any component of the platform.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform in ways that exceed the intended use or that circumvent rate limits.
- Use the platform to build a competing product or service that substantially replicates its core functionality.
3. Acceptable Use
Your use of vid.money is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy are violations of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
4. Intellectual Property and Ownership of Generated Videos
Your content
You retain all intellectual property rights in the topics, scripts, brand assets, and other content you upload or input into the platform (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use Your Content solely to provide the service to you.
Generated output
Videos, voiceovers, images, and other media generated by the platform on your behalf (“Generated Output”) are owned by you. Upon generation, we assign to you all right, title, and interest we may have in the Generated Output, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no claim of ownership over your videos.
vid.money IP
All software, algorithms, models, trademarks, logos, and branding that make up the vid.money platform remain the exclusive property of vid.money, Inc. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
AI-generated content considerations
Ownership and copyright eligibility of AI-generated content is an evolving area of law that varies by jurisdiction. We recommend consulting a legal advisor regarding the specific copyright status of AI-generated work in your country before asserting exclusive rights.
5. YouTube Compliance
vid.money produces videos intended for publication on YouTube and other platforms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any video you publish complies with:
- YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including rules on spam, deceptive practices, and sensitive content.
- YouTube's monetization policies, including the YouTube Partner Program requirements, if you intend to earn ad revenue.
- Copyright law in your jurisdiction. Do not publish content that includes copyrighted music, footage, or images you do not have a license to use.
- Disclosure requirements where applicable, including FTC disclosure rules for sponsored content and YouTube's own disclosure features for AI-generated content.
We provide tools and templates to help you produce compliant content, but we do not review or pre-approve videos before they are published. Any enforcement action taken by YouTube against your channel is your responsibility. vid.money accepts no liability for demonetization, strikes, or channel terminations resulting from how you use the generated content.
6. Billing and Payments
Credit packs
vid.money is sold as one-time credit packs. One credit produces one finished video. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Credits do not expire while your account remains open. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change pack pricing at any time; changes never affect credits you have already purchased.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the pack you purchase. Credits are added to your account when Stripe confirms the payment.
First video guarantee and refunds
If your first generated video does not meet your standards, contact us at hello@vid.money and we will regenerate it or refund the credit, no questions asked. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on completed videos are otherwise non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchases, including VAT, GST, or sales tax. Where required by law, we will collect and remit taxes on your behalf.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VID.MONEY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VID.MONEY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Termination
By you
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. Upon cancellation, your Generated Output remains accessible for 30 days after which it is deleted.
By us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law. We may also terminate or suspend accounts that hold no credits and have been inactive for more than 12 months.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution) will survive.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at hello@vid.money and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and display a notice in the platform at least 14 days before the changes become effective. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
